Tai Chi with Josephine Peterson, MPH, of NYU Langone Hospital In-Person
Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention
Join us for a gentle, evidence-based program designed to help older adults improve balance, flexibility, and confidence in daily activities. This series incorporates traditional tai chi movements with principles that support joint health, reduce the risk of falls, and enhance overall wellness.

Registering once registers you for all sessions.
Registration for SRPL card-holders begins Tuesday, September 2. If space allows, registration for non SRPL card-holders begins Tuesday, September 9.
